What happens at your first visit
Your first appointment starts with a proper look at your skin and a conversation about what you want to change, what you have tried, and anything medical that matters. Diane then builds the treatment around that rather than running a fixed protocol.
You will leave with guidance on what to do at home, because most of the result comes from the weeks between appointments. If a series makes sense for your goals, she will tell you honestly how many treatments it is likely to take.
Oxy•Pro Facial
An oxygen therapy facial. Controlled exfoliation first, then serums chosen for your skin that day, finished with an oxygenation step that lifts circulation and leaves the skin brighter and firmer.
Hydro•Pro Facial (HydraFacial)
Our HydraFacial treatment. A spiral vortex tip lifts debris out of the pores while delivering concentrated serums back into the skin. Painless, no downtime, and the difference in texture is usually visible the same day.
Carboxy Therapy Facial
Sometimes called a facelift in a bottle. A carbon dioxide gel and activating mask trigger the skin's own oxygen response, which supports collagen and lifts radiance.
Age Defiance Facial
Built for skin that has started to lose firmness and hydration. Encourages cell turnover and collagen activity so the skin reads denser and more lifted over a series.
Deep Moisturizing & Hydrating Treatment
For skin that feels tight, reactive or stripped. Layered hydrating formulations plus barrier repair, which matters through a Connecticut winter more than most people expect.
Brightening Treatment
Targets discoloration and dullness. Controlled exfoliation with brightening actives chosen for your skin, working pigmentation down gradually rather than aggressively.
Pore Control Treatment
A charcoal based mask draws out impurities and excess sebum, with corrective ingredients that help regulate oil without over drying the skin.
Acne Treatment
A corrective service, not a relaxing one. Diane identifies what is actually driving the breakouts, then works on oil regulation and barrier support alongside extractions.
Teen Acne Facial
Age appropriate exfoliation and calming products that clear congestion without stripping developing skin, plus honest guidance on what to do at home.
Back Facial
The same care as a facial, for skin that is harder to reach and easy to neglect. Deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions where needed, then hydration.

Common questions
How do I know which facial to book?
You do not have to. Book a consultation and Diane will assess your skin and recommend the right treatment. Nothing here is chosen off a menu, and every service is adjusted to what your skin is doing on the day.
How long does a facial take?
Most are 60 minutes. Carboxy Therapy runs 45 to 60 minutes.
Is there any downtime?
Most facials have none, and you can go back to your day straight after. Acne treatments may leave mild redness after extractions, and the Brightening Treatment ranges from minimal to none depending on the intensity used.
Do you treat men?
Yes. CleanSkin welcomes clients of all ages and genders, and there is a beard exfoliation and hydration treatment specifically for skin under facial hair.
Do you see teenagers?
Yes. The Teen Acne Facial is designed for ages 19 and under, with age appropriate products and education on building a routine that works.
Can I have a facial during cancer treatment?
Yes. Diane is a certified Oncology Aesthetician Therapist and a Preferred Practitioner for the Society for Oncology Esthetics. Treatments are adapted for your situation and medical clearance may be required.
